Lost Your Eagle Card? Here’s What to Do
If you’ve misplaced your Eagle Card, don’t worry! Follow these steps to protect your account, get a replacement, and restore your access.
Report Your Lost Eagle Card
To prevent unauthorized use, immediately deactivate your Eagle Card using one of these methods:
Online:
- Log in to eAccounts.
- Select “Card Services” → Click “Deactivate Card”.
- Once deactivated, your card will no longer work for Dining Plans or EagleXpress.
By Phone:
Call the Eagle Card Center at (912) 478-5311 (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.).
Eagle Card Replacement Cost
- Standard Replacement: $20
- Broken/Damaged Card: $10 (must bring in the damaged pieces)

What If I Find My Lost Eagle Card?
If you’ve already deactivated your lost card but later find it:
- Keep It! Only one Eagle Card can be active at a time.
- Store It Safely. If you lose another card in the future, bring back the old one to reactivate it—saving you the cost of a new replacement.
Will My Door Access Stay the Same?
Door access updates depend on your location:
Living in a Residence Hall
- Report your lost card to University Housing.
- Your door access updates within 15 minutes after receiving a new card.
Facilities-Based Door Access (Statesboro Campus)
- Submit an Electronic Access Request to restore access.
Armstrong Campus Access
- Your door access updates automatically when your new card is activated.
