“I would like to express sincere gratitude to Dr. Eastman for the guidance & resources she provided me to develop my thesis proposal, as well as Mrs. Ruhland for helping me throughout the entirety of my social media campaign for Jonny Boy Cookies. I truly could not have done it without them & I’ll be eternally grateful for everything they’ve taught me about research.”

“As a faculty member there is nothing more gratifying than mentoring excellent undergraduates and observing their persistence as they work through the scholarly process, starting with them developing a research question up to the point where they confidently present their results in front of a professional audience.”
