What You’ll Learn
All Georgia Southern philosophy majors seek to advance their understanding of human nature, morality, knowledge and reality. You’ll learn about the history and major periods of philosophy, major thinkers and major fields of study and theories of philosophy. The Law concentration focuses on legal, ethical and political topics that range from human rights and international law to environmental ethics. Students develop excellent critical thinking and analysis skills as you wrestle with complex issues, articulate your ideas and structure cogent arguments.

- Complete our online application using the PIN you received after creating your application account.
- Once complete, pay the $30 application fee or upload a valid fee waiver. Previous Georgia Southern applicants and dual enrollment students do not need to pay the fee.
