Advancement Foundation Accounting is responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting services for the Cooperative Organizations (Foundations) of Georgia Southern University. These Foundations are nonprofit entities dedicated to raising and managing private contributions that enhance the University’s mission and impact.
Through the generous support of donors, the Foundations fund a broad range of vital initiatives, including scholarships, endowments, capital projects and athletic programs. Advancement Foundation Accounting ensures that these funds are handled with the highest level of integrity and transparency, helping to advance Georgia Southern’s vision and provide lasting opportunities for students, faculty and the broader community.
