How To Apply

The financial aid application process can be done completely online or by other electronic means!

  1. Create your Federal Student Aid ID  (FSA ID).
  2. Follow the Six Easy Steps of the Financial Aid Process. Student refund checks are mailed to students, so it is important that you update your current mailing address on WINGS through My.Georgiasouthern.edu or you can sign up for Direct Deposit which allows Georgia Southern University to directly deposit your student refund into your checking account.
  3. Submit any requested documentation via fax at (912) 478-7418 or mail to P.O. Box 8065, Statesboro, GA 30460.
  4. Contact the Financial Aid Office for additional information.
