Georgia Southern is now offering courses in select graduate programs – including the MBA – at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield!*
*Full program offerings at these locations are pending approval by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. Additionally, federal financial aid is not available for courses taken at these locations until approval is granted by the Department of Education.
The following tool is to help determine an estimated amount of college credit you may receive for your military experience. However, please be sure you visit the Joint Services Transcript site to request that your official Joint Service Transcript be sent to our Office of Admissions in order to receive formal credit.

Military Education Credit
Many Service members are eligible for college course credit at Georgia Southern based on knowledge already gained during their time in service. Bring your JST when applying for benefits through the School Certifying Official (SCO).

Flexibility for the Family
Georgia Southern offers Certificates, Associate, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees in fields such as education and health professions. Take advantage of evening, online, or on-campus schedules and a variety of terms – from full semester to seven-week mini-mesters, four or eight week summer sessions, as a full or part time student.
